Fall is still hanging in here in Northern, New Mexico. Chilly Mornings followed by Bright blue skies and warm and sunny days make it a beautiful time of year to take a drive in our Alpine filled mountains.
As we move toward Winter our menu shifts to heartier dishes such as Zuni Stew with ancho chiles, local pumpkin and fall vegetables, sopes – crispy-masa potato boats filled with all natural, hormone free chicken and green chile sauce, tri-tip steak seasoned with garlic and rosemary and Roast Chicken with polenta and fire roasted tomato sauce. We serve hand tossed Pizza at dinner that goes great with our signature Goat Cheese Salad with organic greens, toasted pecans, goat cheese, cranberries and apricots.
Our pastry reflects the change of seasons too with Pumpkin Pie, Pear Kuchen, our ever popular Carrot Cake and Chocolate Maple Pecan Pie. The menu changes daily to reflect what is fresh and in season.
